First Session/Class Sampler

Service Description

Approximately 20 minutes will be spent on formalities and 25-35 on sample workouts to not only assess your current abilities but to give you an idea of what to expect out of different class sessions available. Please show up on time in appropriate attire, bring a gym towel, water, and expect to stay for 50-55 minutes.

Cancellation Policy

Failure to reschedule 12 hours before your original appointment time is a forfeiture of that session credit. If, for whatever reason, the studio 2959 needs to cancel your appointment with less than 12 hours' notice, you will receive 2 session credits and an extension of program expiration by 1 week.
