Service Description
This is a 3 month program that includes 4 education/question and answer sessions, a Food Scale, Body Index Scale, Insulated Tumbler, Nutrition Guide, and various sample food items. This program is designed to change your views on weight and your relationship with food to create lasting life changing and life long results. The introduction of Trifecta plating and plate portioning is emphasized- this is NOT a DIET. This is a science proven system that works while fad diets fail.
Cancellation Policy
Failure to reschedule 12 hours before your original appointment time is a forfeiture of that session credit. If, for whatever reason, the studio 2959 needs to cancel your appointment with less than 12 hours' notice, you will receive 2 session credits and an extension of program expiration by 1 week.
