Glute training will not only get that butt you want, but it will reduce/prevent knee pain, back pain, and increase your power and athletic performance. You won't get the a$$ you want by siting on it!
Failure to reschedule 12 hours before your original appointment time is a forfeiture of that session credit. If, for whatever reason, the studio 2959 needs to cancel your appointment with less than 12 hours' notice, you will receive 2 credits and an extension of program expiration by 1 week.
